To request a quote for one or multiple parts, simply enter the desired part numbers into our RFQ form. Each part number only needs to be added once. Using advanced AI and blockchain technology, our system ensures your request is processed accurately and efficiently, connecting you with the best available pricing and delivery options.
When ready, visit the Pending RFQs section to review your list, set target prices or purchase timelines, and remove any items you no longer need. Once complete, click Submit RFQ Now to send your request.
Your submission is instantly received by your assigned sales representative, who will contact you promptly. You can also view all submitted RFQs and part details anytime in the Submitted RFQs section of your account.
Suppliers ship directly to our Fulfillment and Quality Assurance Center in Illinois. Most parts received in the morning are processed and shipped the same afternoon. Domestic supplier inventories are typically delivered within three business days of receiving your order.
Our Quality Assurance team carefully inspects every part received to ensure it meets all quality and accuracy standards. If any discrepancies are found, the items are promptly returned to the supplier — at no cost to you.
Most orders come with the original manufacturer’s warranty. For overhauled or refurbished parts, we provide warranties tailored to the specific component to ensure appropriate coverage and peace of mind.
We accept payments by credit card or wire transfer for initial orders. Returning customers may qualify for extended payment terms when arranged through their sales representative.
Yes. We work with a wide range of customers — from one-time buyers to long-term partners. Payment terms may be extended to returning clients after establishing a successful payment history with us.
